Terms and Conditions 'Thirst for Change' Campaign

How to Order - Please select the product(s) you wish to purchase. To complete your order, we will require you to enter your delivery details in the secure section (SSL) of our website.

Payment must be made via EFT transfer, PayMate or Cheque. All prices are quoted in Australian dollars including GST and delivery. Once your payment is complete, you will be emailed a receipt for this transaction.

Delivery Details and Charges - Please take care when entering your delivery details online. It is your obligation to enter the correct address at the time of ordering. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to carry the cost of re-shipping your order to the correct address later. It is your responsibility to inform HaT if an order does not arrive. We will not be held liable for any loss or damage resulting from late delivery. Replacement items will be dispatched according to our
discretion. We do not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items lost, stolen or damaged after delivery has taken place.

Cancellation of an order by HaT - We reserve the right not to provide goods or services, remove or edit content or cancel orders (or part thereof) at our sole discretion at any time. Without limiting the operation of any other Terms and Conditions herein, we will not be held liable for loss or damage arising from the exercising of these rights.

Cancellation of an order by you - If you need to cancel an order, please contact us immediately via email. Our agreement with you only comes into existence once we have both confirmed your order and your payment has been processed. Once we have accepted payment for an order, cancellation of the order is within our sole discretion.

Refunds - You should receive your purchase within 12 months from the time we have launched our pre-sales campaign (August 2009). While we will make every effort to deliver within this time, all dates specified are estimates only. If for any reason a product cannot be dispatched within the 12-month timeframe, we will inform you by email and get the order to you as soon as possible thereafter. If this happens, we will unfortunately be unable to offer you a refund.

Returns - In the event that you receive a defective or damaged product, you must notify us within 7 days of delivery, and we will refund the original product price and delivery via the original method of payment once we receive the return. Alternatively, if you request a replacement, we will dispatch your replacement item, subject to availability. You may be
requested to return the product to us at your cost - please note that if the products are found to be non-defective you will incur the delivery costs of returning the item to HaT.

Cookies - A cookie is a small file created by your web browser to assign a unique identification to your computer. We use cookies to enhance your experience on our website. We do not use cookies to retrieve personal information. To shop, you need to have the cookies option on your browser turned on. However, once you have finished shopping, you can delete your cookies from your computer if you wish.

HaT reserves the right to amend or update such terms, conditions, disclaimers and limitations of liability at any time without providing notice to you. Disclaimer - HaT is meticulous about maintaining the highest standards and quality of both our products, the ShowerWatch and 321 Water. The images and descriptions of the 321 Water bottle on this website are made during the final design phase and may undergo further design modifications. The final product may not match these images in the exact way. Our online and printable catalogues are created with as much accuracy as possible. Some colour variation may occur on individual computers and printers.

Collection Of Information - HaT only collects the information needed to conduct our business. We may use your details to contact you regarding your order for reasons such as, but not limited to, incomplete order information and stock availability. You will only receive special offers/promotions via email if you choose to sign up for our e-news, which you can unsubscribe to any time. We do not sell your details to anyone.

Disclosure – For the purpose of processing your order, we may disclose your details to: Our payment gateway service provider and postage/courier companies. We may disclose your details where required by law to government or regulatory authorities.
